Health and nutrition may be where I got my start as a published author, but I’ve been writing since I was a teenager.

I’ve written over ten books, dozens of short stories, and like one secret poem, all while raising a family and working a sixty hour a week day job.

I’m not a fast writer, and I make as many typos as I write words. If I can do this, so can you.
